5. Exchange Policy

• We offer 7 Days Exchange from the date of delivery.
• An opening/unboxing video is mandatory to request an exchange.

• No exchange requests will be accepted after 7 days of delivery.

6. No Return & No Refund

• We do not provide monetary refunds.
• Only exchanges are allowed as per our exchange policy conditions.

7. Second-Hand Mobiles

• Second-hand mobiles are quality-checked before dispatch.
• Exchange is only applicable in case of major functional issues.
• Minor scratches or cosmetic wear will not be considered valid reasons for exchange.
• Opening video is mandatory.
• No return or refund is available.
