To be eligible for exchange, an unboxing/opening video is compulsory.
Guidelines for the opening video:

The parcel label must be clearly visible in the video.

The video must be continuous and unedited.

Any damage or issue must be clearly shown in the video.
Without a proper unboxing video, we will not be able to process any exchange request.
