3. Do you offer returns?

No. We have a No Return Policy. We do not provide refunds.

4. Do you offer exchange?

Yes. We offer 7 Days Exchange from the date of delivery.

Conditions:

• Product must be unused
• Tags & original packaging must be intact
• Opening/unboxing video is mandatory

After 7 days, exchange requests will not be accepted.

5. Is opening video really compulsory?

Yes. An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for any exchange claim.
The video must be recorded from the start, clearly showing the parcel label and opening process without cuts.

Without the video, exchange requests cannot be processed.

6. How long does delivery take?

Delivery time usually depends on your location. Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, and tracking details (if applicable) will be shared after shipping.

7. Are the second-hand mobiles tested?

Yes. All second-hand mobiles are properly checked before dispatch.

Exchange is only applicable in case of major functional issues.
Minor scratches or cosmetic wear are not considered valid reasons for exchange.
No return or refund is available.
